I really don't care for extra features since I'm probably only going to use the piano sound. Also I have about $330 trade in credit.

The yamaha p140 is about $1000 - $330 plus a $200 coupon so I'd have to pay about $470.

The yamaha p85 is about $630 - $330 plus a $100 coupon so I'd have to pay about $200.

I like the portability of the yamaha p85 & that it is less expensive, but I would not mind have a slightly bigger yamaha p140 if it sounds much better.

The yamaha p140 has a bunch of features I probably would never use, but may play around with if I get it & with my store credit & coupon it seems like a really great deal.

Then again if the yamaha p85 sounds just as great and it's only cheaper because it has less features then it's also a great deal.

Basically I just want the one that is going to SOUND the best, like a real piano.

If anyone could respond that has played both pianos I would really appreciate it very much!

Thanks!
