Do you think Toyota is concerned that Obama, the UAW, and GM are teaming up

to build earth-friendly cars? The executives at Toyota must be sweating in their suits over the concept of biodegradable tires mounted on 50 mpg+ solar powered Yugos.

Considering it was Honda and the CVCC engine that was FIRST on the market in response to the 1970's "demand" for fuel efficient cars.....

WHY would a Japanese company that DOESN'T have to worry about UAW contracts and lawyers "fear" new standards?

Once again... the Japs will beat us in quality and EVEN MORE Americans will find themselves out of work..... 1 step closer to being "forced" to accept Obama's Socialism in order to survive.

Obama couldn't be more pleased...... come minions come..... the pied piper is playing.... hope and change... hope and change...

No, not at all. Obama is going to destroy these car companies. Look what our government did to our country -- and the auto industry is not even some politicians are good at. I mean why would they be? The American makers will never get better until they get rid of their unions.

Obama is destroying our country. He's fired people at the company, he's destroyed dealers life-long businesses -- and there's proof that they were Republican supporters.

We're in big trouble, Americans. Stop thinking about the fight between liberals and conservatives and start trying to get conservatives in your local government that will have a short fuse for a race-baiting Marxist who has all his records sealed.

With the government and CEO Obama managing GM, it will be out of business in no time flat. My guess is that he will increase GM's product spending so much they will be profitable again (haha). I give them 2 years tops and then the government will start paying the wages of all of the union employees on top of all the tax increases. We'll all be lucky to bring home 25% of our checks in two years.

Toyota would be worried if the government stepped back and let GM build what the people want to buy, trucks and SUVs.
