ok ihave to decide between these two and its almost killing me lol...im from a small town in pa and im looking for the best photo school..help :/
i like brooks but can't afford it so these are my options, its either RIT or SCAD

the best photo school in the world is Brooks Institute in santa barbara, ca.
very prestigious and respected in the pro photo industry.
If you want the very best. go there.
