Looking for information about the macrobiotic vegan diet? Books/websites/info from

you, etc.? I'd like to study it thoroughly before preceeding to change my diet. I'm currently a vegetarian. Thanks!
tofoniko... - Just so you know, humans weren't created/evolved to intake meat, just so you know. Just look at your teeth and compare it to a horse and to a dog. You'll see the difference once you look.

A diet that enhances life quality and length is a full, both meat and vegetable including diet. A stable and balanced nourishment program. Any vegetable only diet cannot offer that.

    Best regards
