...question.? when i dine, at whatever ethnic cuisine..i want an authentic experience: food, atmosphere, etc. being such, i wouldnt expect to stroll into a mexican restaurant and have an entire asian staff..or see all asian chefs in the kitchen. so why are there so many chinese restaurants that have mexican chefs in their kitchen? and whats even more puzzling..if they are acceptible in the kitchen..why cant they be out on the floor working as waiters or cashiers, etc? its a serious question not meant to offend, just drums up a lot of curiousity..thats all.
