    Does this scripture pretty well summarize the debate between Christians and atheists?

    "For the word of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved, it is the power of God." 1 Corinthians 1:18.

    Or is this verse just one more example of foolishness?
    I don't usually capitalize the word "atheist." Is that proper?

    Christian answer: Yes, it summarizes it very well.

    Atheist answer: No, it's just another lie to indoctrinate people etc...
