she's bleeding alot from the top of her head. it's cracked open but i don't have enough gas to get back from the hospital. and i don't feel like waiting there or calling a taxi. i only have a cell phone but it chrages me to call and i'm on a tight budget. how do i help her?

Tell you what. call an ambulance. get her to the hospital. send me an email. (you can apparently afford the computer) give me your address and i will come to you. pay the cell phone charge AND the ambulance/hospital bill as well as pick up your daughter and relive you of this and many other future bills from her. its a win win situation here. you will have more money and she will live with someone who loves her and gives a damn.
