    Is riding an exercise bike?

For about 30 mins a day a good form of exercise?

I know i should do more but im just getting into the exercise regime at the moment.

So in the mean time will that be a good idea?

Think of it this way instead: Some exercise better than none at all. A lot of people take on too big of a challenge, give it 110% for a few days to weeks, burn out and quit.

Its far more productive to give even as much as 60-80% of what you think you can do, but to keep it up for a long time instead. Just like the turtle and the hare -- slow and steady!
