I can take some out on the rear fenders, but once i get to the ones higher in the fender well i cant get them off because i cant reach up and hold the female part of the bolt thing. Is there anyway to get up in the fender well, cause if i just try to turn them without holding the back they just spin.

the female thing is called a nut. try using a socket and a rachet with an extension on it

You take a wrench and twist off the bolts. Very simple.
