I wanted a job as a hostess at a restaurant (CPK, Chili's, Cheesecake Factory, etc) and so I was curious, how many hours do I get a week on average? I need a lot of hours and I can't have a job that's gonna give me only 8 hours a week.

There are a lot of factors. It probably depends on the restaurant, where it's located (which would affect its business), and how busy they are. Hope you get the hours you want! I'm actually considering a similar path.
