'05 yamaha vstar 1100 low speed cruising problem?

Running bad at lower speeds, seems to be between 30 to 50 mph its wanting to pop and crack some, the AIS is disconnected, once u start getting it moving good there's no problem, could it be sucking air at the carb? Fouled plugs? Bad fuel?Bike has 6500 miles on it.

A simple clean of the carb, and change of plug should fix that problem.

Reconnect the AIS (which I presume means Air Injection System)
The bike is sucking air from somewhere.
If it were fouled plugs or bad fuel, the bike would run badly at all speeds
