i bought some fish oil, gnc brand, its 120 caplets at 300 mg apiece. i just bought these to test them out and see how they work for me before i make a $40 purchase on them. i am an active athlete, and weight train 4-5 days a week along with a small amount of cardio, and a well balanced diet. i just want to know how much fish oil is recommended for somebody who fits my description, and anything to watch out for.
