Not me personally, but I do these tests on women and can tell you that they aren't super reliable. A positive test means there is the presence of a protein which is found in between the uterus and the membranes, you can think of it sort of as the wallpaper glue holding them together. If the "glue" is found in the vagina, that means it's loosening up in the uterus, and you could be more likely to go into labor in the next two weeks. It does NOT mean that all women WILL go into labor within the next two weeks. And a woman that tests negative still COULD go into labor despite the negative result. It's simply one indicator that they look at in order to gauge your level of risk and help guide how they should handle your care, whether to be more cautious or more reassured.

If you had a positive test, you should probably take it easy and put yourself on bedrest if they didn't already order it. Take any meds they prescribed you, keep hydrated, and lie on your left side often, to improve uterine circulation. Good luck!
