is the 1997 Suzuki Vitara good off road?

Ive got a rental 4X4, because my 2007 hilux gobbled up water.

And im going on a trip tommroww. And i know im gonna go through some rivers so i need some information.
The car hasnt been lifted in anyway, or moded. Its the 1997 4 door suzuki vitara with 4WD.

How deep can i get it in the water? EG upto the headlamps?

    Will water get inside?

No, it won't do anything you want.
It's just a pretend street toy. It might make it around tesco's car park,
    but that's about it.

Forget the headlights, I'd suggest not letting the water get to the exhaust pipe otherwise you'll be in real trouble.

I don't rate the Vitara's on road let alone off
