Why do the media keep calling the ouster of Honduran President Zelaya a

"MILITARY COUP?"? Zelaya was removed in accordance with the Honduran Constitution and by order of the Supreme Court, because he persisted in violating the law. The military are not in charge. The new President is head of state, as he should be. The normal order of succession to the Presidency was employed, and the new President Micheleti belongs to the same political party as Zelaya.
    How is this a coup?

Because that's the way that BO wants to spin this story, and the media does whatever the Democratic party tells them to do.

This was NOT any sort of military action. It was a sovereign nation following its own rules.
