    slope first
    (y1-y2)/(x1-x2)
    2+4/-2-2 = 6/-4 = -3/2

    y-y1=m(x-x1)
    y+4=(-3/2)(x-2)
    y+4=-3x/2 +3
    y=-3x/2-1

    eqn is (y-y1)=m(x-x1)
    m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
    m=-3/2

    eqn (y-2)=-3/2(x+2)
    3x+2y=-2
    slope interrcet form is
    x/(-2/3)+y/(-1)=1
