facebook chat help!!?

ok so i have 3 coimputer. two laptops, one computer. on one of them, whenever i want to chat on facebook, i have to go to the bottom and click this icon that has two talking bubbles in it. then this thing pops up and i have to tlk to them from there. but on the other two computers, once i logg on, there is already a place where i can talk. they r in the right hand corner. so it stays on the facebook page. it doesnt pop up into another browser like the other computer does. well i was wondering if there is any way i can make the one that pops up just stay on the facebook page like the other two... please help!!!!

Some computers are different. For example when i access facebook on my laptop i am able to us the IM, but when i use the other computer there is absolutly no IM.
