Thread: Cocktail lounges and bars?

I live in Melbourne and I like to go out on Fridays and Saturday night with my boyfriend for drinks and music but we find it hard to find a good place to good with music and place to to sit. because most place get crowd etc... and I have heard of the hyde on russell but is there anywhere else I can go?

You can check out Enricos Sidewalk Cafe on Broadway. They have a live band, bar and heated outdoor dining. Food is $$ but really good. Drinks are great..Mango Mojitos! and don't forget to order Mascarpone dessert! Have fun!

F stands for fabulous and if you’re looking for music, art, film, drinks and food, then this multi-purpose bar/gallery/cinema space is fabulous for you. The design is influenced it seems by the Bauhaus movement since décor touches include a rather decadent and dramatic Bauhaus chandelier hanging from the ceiling. The clientele though are firmly from our times, a trendy, sometimes pretentious mix of arty babes and boys who look like they know their Hirst from their Hockney. Films and videos are shown in the cinema (F4 also alludes to the camera), DJs spin tunes from cute private consoles and the cocktails, expertly mixed by dashing bar staff, are spot on. Hit them with your F4 spot.

The Public Bar is a great place for a wine or cocktail in swan street richmond, or one that its just opened recently but can get busy is BLVD bar in southbank
