cant copy a 4.61GB file onto a 6GB USB flash drive?

i remove all files on the USB flash drive. the thumb drive has 6GB but when i try to copy a 4.61GB ISO file, it says the file is too large. the flash drive format is FAT32, can this be the problem?

No i think is because your flash drive i think your flash drive doesn't support larger files try to archive your file with winrar or other archiving program and that should do the work

The largest file a FAT32 drive can hold is 4GB. So you have to reformat the drive as NTFS. To do this:

    1. Get all of your files off the flash drive.
    2. Go to My Computer, right click the drive and click Format.
    3. Under file system choose NTFS.
    4. Format.
