    what is a better beginner bike the crf 150 or the kx125?

    im 12 years old and 5 ft 3 and about 120 pounds thanx

    I would get the KX125 because it is a two stroke and two strokes are easier/cheaper to maintain. But these days mostly four strokes are raced and they will mostly be your competition, which would be the CRF150. But the KX125 will pack a pretty good punch because its a two stroke. Thats how I see it. Maybe you should see if you can test ride both and see what you like.

    i am 5 ft 10 and a crf 150 is still a little big but other than that i would choose the crf 150
