these people saying that its not in style are possiblly out of style. denim jackets are in if yu havent noticed in abercrombie and fitch they have denim jackets, american agle alsohas em, and the store express which is always in style :]

for a modern twist you could put a chunky belt over your jacket.many people dont like the denim on denim look so dont wear jeans with a denim jacket.liquid leggings might be cute, but get a dark wash denim, it slims you more and looks better than light wash
