"A Movie Script"

With alert bright eyes
ears open wide
and a silent voice,
a child watches
a daily movie show,
one of a kind
never seen on screen,
starring classic characters
parents, siblings, friends,
from this the child learns
how to see, hear and speak.
Take one, scene two
The child appears at school
carrying
the kit of homemade tools.

The child is a willing participant in viewing life before his/her eyes. Nice twist to a theme and I liked your ending line.
