Father in jail, how to put home under mother's name?

This might be a bit confusing but please bare with me! So my father is currently in jail and the house I am living in is under his name. My mother wants to put the house under her name so we can take full responsibility of the house since they are divorced. How can my mother take full responsibility over the house and put in under her name while my father is in prison? Please help me with anything you might know, we need to figure out how we can take care of this! Thank you

no matter how it is dealt with he will have to sign off of it... if he is in agreement with it then u just get a lawyer to do the paper work thats involved... if he dissagrees then there isnt really anyway to do it... if her name would be on half the deed then she could write up an agreement he gives the house she gives him money. but like i said if he doesnt agree your just kinda out of luck
