Thread: When is my face going to clear up. About to end

it.? I started getting really bad acne around 17 and ever since then i been just breaking out with acne and my face turned into a complete mess. When i turned 18 it started to die down a little but it just came back. I do not understand why i am still breaking out, i weight lift 5 days week, do cardio, drink 1 1/2 gallons of water a day, i eat clean whole foods a day, change my pillow sheets every 5 days, only drink 1 cup of dairy and i rarely touch my face... Its getting to a the point so bad and frustrating that i want to give up. When will it stop?

What products you guys recommend? How do you deal with this.

I recommend washing your face with soap and water every morning and night. try looking for anti acne products at the store such as proactive.
