Lawyer types needed here. (Especially ones who know Australian law). I remember reading that it is a statutory obligation on any public company that it must publicly list all of its directors. Companies don’t advertise that provision, but nevertheless people can write to directors and inform them of things their company is doing, and about which they may know nothing. I would like to avail myself of this right, if so it be, but I have forgotten where they are supposed to publish such information.
