Thread: What do you think about the 12 year old girl who was allowed to have a sex change?

There was a 12 year old girl who believes that she is a boy in a girl's body (it's happened before!), and a judge let her have a sex change. Her father was against it, but her mother stood with her daughter. What's your opinion on this? Do you think that she should be allowed the sex change? Or do you think that she's too young to make that decision?

With this half information it is difficult to give an opinion. Judge has no right to decide on another person (In this case not being Criminal issue) (Fundamental Right-HUMAN RIGHT) Judge can suggest his views else he should be brought before the Human Right Courts for damaging fundamental rights of a HUMAN. In addition until the age of maturity that is for Women after 18 years & Men after 21 years selbst decision is possible and not by virtue of the Forcing per Court Decree? (Provided the above mentioned Questionaire is correct?)
