conquer system and city management system Battle System similar to Total War series, where you take the role of a general and command units. Everything is taken into a role of the battle, placement of army, location of attack, what unit attacks, where the general is located, slope of land, etc.

By zone-by-zone land conquer system, I mean like a map with a few cities in each zone, and when every city in a zone has been captured, that area of land becomes captured.

City management system refers to a Civilization style, where religion is spread, government styles are changed, trade is important, land improvement helps cities, etc.

By modern, I simply mean a modern-day military based game. One reason I don't just want ROME: Total War, is because it's...well....old. I would like something similar to coordinated TOT airstrikes, naval blockades, etc.
