Yesterday I skipped breakfast and for lunch I ate 1 cinnamon toast (not poptart) and a little strawberry yogurt and drank a tiny bit of water. Then I ran 2 miles. Then for dinner I threw a quarter of my southwest salad away and ate the left of the southwest salad. Then I drank a little bit of gatorade which was only about 10 calories....

And thats it, how many calories is that??? Remember I ran 2 miles.

I am 5'4 1/2 and in weigh in the early 100's.
