    gigaware headset one side doesnt work?

    hello my question is i recently bought a gigaware headset with microphone it worked fine for quite a while but all of a sudden the left ear got silent is there anything i can do to fix it?
    this headset connects to the computer through a usb

    I got the same problem accept in the right ear. I wear these at work all day and just paid $30+ for them. Im ticked. I cant find me receipt.
