if you're grinding on your boyfriend then that's not trashy at all and to make it not so trashy just dance in front of him and grind on him slightly try to stand tall and straight, don't stick your whole butt out to the point that it looks like you're like you're in the doggy style position also don't really do it for a long time either just kind of work it into whatever other dance you're doing

Depends on who is looking at you when you do that. Your friends that know you knows that you are not trashy. People that don't know you will think you are. So, depends on what kind of audience you are targeting. For instance, if you are at a club, looking for a NICE guy, then don't do it. Doing it will attract bad guys. If you don't care who you are attracting, then it's ok.
