Thread: 98 Chevy Blazer (4.3) Fuel pump ????

Im pretty sure the fuelpump died, a new pump is almost $300. I was told I could mount an external pump on the frame. Would this work, if so what do I need to do, get, & watch out for? Thankyou for any & all help.

the fuel system may be [is]a 2 way. fuel to engine and leftover fuel back to tank...the dead pump will stop it... .i were you id bite bullet and do it right..ive been driving with no fuel gage because i can't bring myselt to spend the 300..gauge and pump come as one part..99 s 10
