    I am a permanent legal resident with a BA degree in another country. Can I get...

    ...financial aid to learn english? I have been living in the US for several years and I am a permanent resident. I need to learn english and I found the perfect college to learn, but I don't know If I qualify for financial aid with a degree in another country even though I can't use my degree here.

    sorry only if you are a poor illegal immigrant who speaks no english and has no right to be here, then you can, although i would say you would deserve it more.
