I'm cooking my boyfriend dinner. I'll be serving glazed pork chops with asparagus. The recipe I'm using calls for white wine, but I'm not sure what kind to use. I'm going to serve the leftover bottle of wine with the meal, so I want it to be one we can enjoy.

We're not big white wine fans either, but I want to do something different this time. His favorite is Pinot, mine is Syrah.
Any suggestions? Names of brands we should check out too will be appreciated Thanks!
