I have a Ford Ranger. Will it hurt my pickup if I use 215/60 tyres on both front

    wheels and 215/65 on rear?
I have ABS and RFW lock. Plus differential lock, of course.

If its 4x4 it is best to always keep the same size all around. you can run a slightly different front and rear. DO NOT run different sizes on driver/passenger sides, so be careful if you rotate the tires in the future and get one mixed up...

    Depends. Do you have ABS?

It won't "damage" anything, but depending on what systems your vehicle has, it may effect some systems.
