    Car Audio and Sub Problem.?

I was cleaning my trunk and I noticed that my left sub isn't working. I plugged the left sub to the right sub speaker wire and it worked fine, but when I change the balance all the way to left, nothing pounds. I checked all the wires and everything, but everything seemed to be plugged correctly, any suggestions? I am 100% everything is plugged right, and I also noticed when I first hooked it up that the right sub pounds more than the left but I didn’t think it mattered, but now… nothing hits from the left. It’s not the sub, its isn’t the wiring so is it anything from the amp?

the left channel on the amp could be blown, u could try to run both speakers from the bridged channel to compensate for the problem and not have to get a new amp

did you make sure the connection of the RCA cables to the stereo is plugged in right? its def. not the sub if it works on the other wiring.

If it was the amp it would shut off and not allow either sub to hit.

I would check the connection on the stereo and then make sure you have all the negative and positive connections correct
