"Got a bass fishing tip to share with other fisherman?" Should it be "got or "have"?

The first word of the sentence. Which one is correct?

"Have a bass fishing tip to share with other fisherman"?

or just leaving the sentence how it is in the question?

Both are fine as far as I am concerned. I will leave it to the English teachers to be more precise. Another way you could ask the the question however, is "Do you have a Bass fishing tip to share with others?"

    Best of luck.

    You don't have a subject.
    So either:
I got a bass fishing tip to share with other fisherman.
I have a bass fishing tip to share with other fisherman.
