    where can i create a flashing image?

    i just want to take my picture and make it flash red and white

    Hi,

    You can do that easily with Adobe Image Ready. All you need to do is open your picture in image ready, arrange it in two layers. Then apply background color as red in one and the background color in the other layer as white.

    when you are done, the software will save your two layers of image as one single .gif file so you can see your image flashing in red and white.
