I love all three,all three mentioned are just as good for you as the prime cuts of meats. also love the pigs trotters (feet) and chicken giblets .both make great tasting soup and good to eat. Waste not want not
only part i dont eat it the popes ass on the chicken, its all fatty and not good for you.
