    2002 FORD TRANSIT STARTING FROM COLD?

    IM HAVING TROUBLE STARTING MY TRANSIT FROM COLD THE HEATER PLUG SYMBOL COMES ON BUT FOR ONLY A SHORT TIME IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN MAKE IT STAY ON FOR LONGER OR DO I NEED NEW HEATER PLUGS

    yes but take it to a local garage and get your heater plugs checked out you may not need to replace them all

    The heater plugs cannot be made to stay on longer. This is only one of a few possible reasons for bad cold starting. Could be also -
    water in the fuel
    poor fuel pressure at start up
    blocked filter
    etc
