Why doesn't Mexico give free training in sports to black mexicans?

1st of all in Mexico Your Mexican regardless of your color.

2nd i only seen one "black mexican" in Mexico

both races are very similar. in terms of appearance their different. but by looking at crime statistics they're not far apart. so i agree they shuld give free training to them

Their no such thing as Black Mexicans their either half Black and Half Mexicans.Other than that their can't be any.And when their a Half Black and Half Mexican their called "Blacksicans".and even tho Black people are fast it doesn't mean their the best at football.
