I have just a regular exercise bike.
It says dual action on it, but there aren't handles that go back and fourth to work the arms.
So, will an exercise bike just thin out my thighs or will it help me lose weight all over? (arms, stomach, etc.)
What are some exercise bike exercises i can do?
What are some other exercises i can do at home?

by the way, while i'm doing an hour workout on my exercise bike, is it okay to stop for a minute when my legs start to hurt?
oh, and i'm 14. 4'10, and 130 lbs
