I am 16. I am not sexually active, and I do pretty intense physical activity. I have a medium stress level, but nothing more than the average teenager feels. I originally started my period in sixth grade. It was regular for about two years, but ever since then it has been on and off...the doctor said that was perfectly normal. But for these last two weeks, I have been having nausea, hot flashes, night sweats, and trouble sleep through the night. And I my last period was four months ago and that period was very light and only lasted for about three days. And I have been having just a white filmy discharge since then. Please help!! And I really don't want any gross answers because this is a real problem and I am really worried.
