When looking for a website, that is free, to host your web pages, many can be found.
However, most either advertise too much, use flash (which lags old computers), don't support server-side languages, or just plain suck.
One that I have found to be the best is: http://000webhost.com
000webhost.com is a free web host that has PHP/MySQL (server-side/database) support. Their web pages are totally yours, they have no advertisements. Also, they supply templates as well if needed.
