Im being charged for Internet usage on my Fido Cell phone that I didn't use!?

I've been battling with fido since February about charges on my account that I'm disputing. They're trying to tell me that I used 11900 Kb of internet usage on my phone. I KNOW (Seriously) that I didn't. I'm now still trying to fight with them to send me some sort of hard proof that my phone *somehow* used all that kb without my phone dying and without me knowing, and without anything on my phone that shows I used that much. I would never use the internet on my phone for the simple fact that they charge an arm and leg.

Anyone have any tips or has this happened to you? What was the outcome.

    Thanks

    Hi Kim,

I had the same problem and I never use the Internet on my phone. I finally figured out I was accidentally activating the web browser on my V3 when messing with the menus.

I went in and discussed it with AT&T and had them turn off the Internet. I never used the Internet on my phone anyhow.

Oh, they refunded my charges too.

    Norm
