Plug the USB Cable into your computer
Go to the settings menu on you phone: click applications. development. then uncheck USB debugging.
The little USB icon should come up on your computer. If you go to my computer it comes up as F: drive
On your phone it should have the USB icon in your top left corner pull down your menu and click it. It should say mount or unmount
Choose MOUNT and you should have access to your SD card on your computer
To add music click on F: drive and add a music folder, you can also use sync on windows media player
