I just recently got the new t mobile sidekick. I have forgotten what the password is to sign in. I called and got support, and was given a new password that only works for 15 days, and in the meantime I am supposed to go online and change it to a new password. But when I go online, I cant find a place to do this. It seems to be a different password than the one I use to sign in online...has anyone had this issue before?
