I have a LG Rumor2 and i use BELL.. I don't have internet.. Is there a way i can make a mp3 file into a ringtone format ? I have a micro SD card.. HELP PLEASE !

Ok i got it to the format ".3g2".. But when i put the micro SD card into my phone, i don't know how to set it as a ringtone?
