Where do i find my Helio contract expiration date?

You will need to call them unless you still happen to have your contract then you can calculate the 2 years from the date of signing it.

I've had helio for almost 2 years and I know my contract is expiring the end of this month but i have looked all over the site and cant find the exact date it expires (been putting up with their BS for the past 8 months and i don't wanna end up paying the etf because i canceled my account 1 day early) I came this far and i don't want to pay the $175 etf since I only have a month left. does any one know where i can find the exact date that my contract expires?

unfortuntly i dont think i have the contract (destroyed in flood) and i know they used to have on the account info page when the contract expired (before they were bought by vigin) and i hate calling the customer care i always get into it with the reps who dont speak english very well, oh well maybe ill wait til labor day since i know it was about 2 weeks i waitted for my cell (and had issues over labor day weekend 07 so i couldnt really use the damn thing)
