My ex wants child support but does not want to work. As it is now I have my son 50% of the time pay 65% of the day care and all of the medical insurance yet she still wants more money.

in 50/50 custody will a judge order a spouse to get a job if they seek child support?

Where I live she would have 3 years to get a job and then she would be on her own. So, it depends where you live.
