...working, could u please provide tips? I kind of realize the issue on upper fan on processor. Will cockroaches are able to damage the circuit ? Is this hardware issue at all ?Thanks for going through this.

Replace the fan and yes, cockroaches can cross connections on the motherboard and fry things.
